I am also a certified public accountant with many years of experience helping small businesses with their accounting and tax matters.I have a BBA degree from Georgia State University and law degree from Atlanta Law School.I am a member of the Georgia Bar, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, U. S. Tax Court Bar, and the Supreme Court of the United States.I am also a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Publice Accountants.
