James Caress, Esq. is lyft accident lawyer and experienced personal injury lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to the Arash Law team. Mr. Caress showed an early interest in the law, participating in Trial Advocacy programs in high school and throughout college and law school. Foreshadowing his ability in the courtroom, James won the American Mock Trial Association national championship in 2011 and was named and All-American Attorney in 2013.James began advocating for the rights of the injured after law school and has significant experience in representing individuals injured by the recklessness, bus accident and negligence of others. His varied background and commitment to zealous advocacy makes him a valuable addition to Arash Law and will allow the firm to continue pursuing justice on behalf of the injured.
