After receiving his law degree from Drake University, James J. Biscoglia went on to work for the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, FL. Here he became a lead trial attorney, and after three years, he joined a private practice where he gained substantial experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, economic fraud, and nursing home abuse cases. Mr.Biscoglia is admitted to practice all state and federal courts in Iowa.
