James Bailey founded Bailey & Peterson, P.C. in 1992 and has practiced law in Colorado since 1971. He has practiced before state and federal courts engaging in litigation involving complex commercial transactions, bankruptcy reorganizations, antitrust and securities class actions, receiverships, municipal financing, commercial torts, constitutional law, and personal injuries. He has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations, quasi-municipal corporations, special districts, local and interstate banks, and international resorts.
