I ran into what would have been a financially life crippling issue with my large corporate landlord wanting to end my lease early. Mr. Edwards not only advised me accordingly but supplied me the information in a timely manner to make proper decisions, exercise patience and as well as presented a firm position for me in the eyes of the opposition. He has also helped me in various other issues with my business agreement and such. I would highly suggest you discuss your situation as Mr. Edwards may just be the man to make the difference in your case!
Mr. Edwards was thorough and kept me informed on the status of my case with property owner (whose tree caused damage to my property)...I felt very comfortable interacting with Mr. Edwards
Jamal has been excellent to work with. He was recommended to me by another excellent attorney that was forced to withdraw from the case due to a conflict. He picked it up and we have had nothing but good results. The case is complicated by occurring in two different venues, chancery and municipal with a different attorney & different firm handling the municipal portion. The communication on Jamal's part with us and the other attorney was always clear and timely. His research has been thorough and helped us be successful.
Mr Edwards helped me with several matters, real estate, business, litigation and a patent/trade secret suit. He was great. Our CEO loved him, especially his presentation to the board of directors - only lawyer invited back. And the one time we actually had to go to court - most matters were settled early or outside of court (federal court in Boston) - the judge said she was "so glad to see him" because she knew "he'd make some sense of things."
Jamal has represented our family real estate business for over a decade. He is our go-to-general counsel. In the worst times, he helped our business avoid bankruptcy. In the best, he helped us grow and buy new assets and find new sources of revenue we didn't know existed. He's always gone above and beyond and done an excellent job. Most recently, even the Judge said so from the bench during a very contentious lawsuit. Another lawyer who we hired for a separate matter reviewed his work and told us how amazing it was to have gotten such a favorable workout agreement with our lender, including a release of personal liability which is rarely granted and she admitted she'd rarely if ever seen. I knew he was good, but this was very reassuring.
