can't say enough about Jacqueline, so I am going to be a little all over the place. My last immigration lawyer and I parted ways three years ago . I was not clear on where I stood with regards not only to the immigration law and my record, . Jacqueline was recommended to me as very knowledgeable and most importantly a fighter. Those things were absolutely true. I can't stress the fighter part enough. From the first phone call I had with her, it was clear that she really knows what she is talking about. She also made the whole experience very pleasant and very easy for me and my family. Jacqueline worked long hours and kept us informed on what was going on, she is smart, and cares about people. That was a very welcome trait for my family, as we were going through an extremely stressful ordeal. She was upfront, straightforward and accessible. My case was also a bit unique and Jacqueline thought outside the box. After taking over my case two years ago, Jacqueline was able to get my case Re-open with the Board Of Immigration Appeals after so many disappointments. She is an answer to our prayers. Jacqueline and her legal team have been extremely professional and extremely helpful in helping me achieve my dream of becoming permanent resident. She knows the law and all the options that are needed to win a case. You have nothing to lose other than the opportunity to be represented by one of the very best in the profession. Mrs. Jacqueline is a shining star. I found a new friend, but not just a friend... a GOOD friend. Our lives have changed forever and the future looks very bright and my immigration case was re-open, Was approved and I am now waiting for my Green Card. Thanks Jacqueline. P.S. Compensation for her services was also reasonable.
I have been waiting to write this review because I have been think of how to express my gratitude in words. I don't think I will very find the right words to express how thankful I am. I called so many Lawyers and they would say "Sorry can't help you" but Jacqueline listen to everything I had to say and she took the case and worked very hard on the case. My husband was sentence last year and he took a plea and it had immigration consequences. Jacqueline even had a conference call with Norton Toby regarding my husband and she also had Neil Barr working on the case and was also conference in with Norton Toby. Because after my husband entered the plea, Immigration took him into custody. He was moved to LA and Jacqueline was their every step. She know where he was at and she would call the immigration location if my husband was not receive his medication. During this process I was very scarred and nervous and Neil and Jacqueline had the patience to still work with me. Jacqueline also worked with my husband criminal attorney. Finally he was released from INS. Jacqueline is the best Immigration Lawyer you could every hire. THANK YOU JACQUELINE!!!
I worked with Ms. Scott with my green card application. She was thorough and kept me informed at all the steps. She took the time to explain all the details which i found to be very helpful. At the end, she was there during the interview and again, kept me informed throughout the whole procedure.
Jacqueline Brown Scott was excellent in all regards. She was efficient, thorough, helpful and timely. I was lucky to have found her.
I was impressed how fast (less then 1 month after submission) my green card approval arrived. Yes, I spent a lot of time preparing docs but mostly coz. the lawyer insisted on doing a good job here.
I've worked with immigration lawyers in the past and the majority of them are not as friendly; most are as friendly and sharp like most typical state or immigration department pencil pusher. Jacqueline Brown Scott has beent more of a caring parent than the other immigration lawyer. Jacqueline takes very good care of her clients. She is very meticulous in her details and crosses every t's and dots every i's. Her guidance, planning, diligence and warmth that she brings to mine and my spouse's Immigration process. Jacqueline Brown Scott is also active with keeping others than just her clients informed of Immigration law news. Mrs. Brown Scott also keeps a very well update blog of her own at http://www.brownscottlaw.com/immigration-blog. She is constantly updating her blog. My spouse and I have been very fortunate to have Jacqueline Brown Scott on our side. If we could do this over again, we know who to call.
Jacqueline's level of expertise and professionalism is unmatched. She reviewed my case thoroughly yet swiftly, and never missed a detail. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with Jacqueline as she helped us navigate the immigration paperwork maze. She also accompanied us to our interview with the INS officer. I have worked with several lawyers in the past on my student/work visas, and none of them were as personable as Jacqueline. What could have been a stressful time for us went incredibly smoothly thanks to her. I recommend Jacqueline without hesitation.

I recommend Jacqueline without hesitation.
can't say enough about Jacqueline, so I am going to be a little all over the place.
I recommend Jacqueline without hesitation.
can't say enough about Jacqueline, so I am going to be a little all over the place.
