I worked with Jacqueline on a construction bid litigation case. As a new CEO, the case was in existence when I joined the company and I brought her firm into to help us. She was knowledgeable and did a thorough job of analyzing case studies, interrogatories and other related data. She communicated in a clear and concise manner. I would definitely work with her again given the opportunity.

Jacqueline Phillips is the most ethical, thorough and responsive attorney with whom I have ever dealt. As a Professional Engineer, I retained her services in the course of contract negotiations and collections, and appreciated her logical approach during each case. She has a wealth of legal and life experiences which I believe that she uses to the utmost in her legal practice. I could not recommend Jacqueline more highly : her energy is amazing, and I definitely felt that I received the individual attention that I needed!

Ms. Phillips handled a variety of sensitive, multi-million dollar real-estate transactions, under great time pressure, with constantly changing requirements, and even managed initial litigation on one project (it went to litigation because of activities tantamount to fraud by the sellers, not Ms. Phillips' lawyering). She was constantly responsive, around the clock, extremely knowledgable in very productive ways (i.e., could put arcane knowledge to use in obtaining real-world business leverage), and unfailingly courteous, polite, helpful, communicative, and engaged. She also demonstrated the highest standard of business, professional, and legal ethics. I would strongly recommend her.
