I hired the Law Offices of Jacqueline Lentini McCullough towards the end 2018 to help me with an L1A business visa and by the end of August 2019 they were able to help me get approval for the business visa. They were thorough, efficient and effective. Thanks to their knowledge and understanding of the process I am able to expand my business in South Africa. I highly recommend this firm!
I hired this lawyer to help me with the legal process of obtaining US Citizenship for myself and my family. I was very satisfied with her services.
Ms Lentini has an excellent knowledge of the immigration process, and she can convey it clearly for the non-specialist. She has handled my process very smoothly. It took about two years between starting the process and receiving the notice for permanent residency (as an applicant in the expert category from a country that doesn't have a lot of applicants). Ms Lentini and her team are very reactive on emails, phone calls, etc. It's been a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her for immigration-related matters.
We' be had three attorneys over 5 years. 1 walked is thru two R1 visa applications and had really sloppy follow up and gave us 0 coaching about embassy appointments and visits. The second was negligent and shockingly incompetent. Then jacki saved the day. She oversaw an intensive reparation job to an adjustment of status applicationand worked promptly and effectively. Strengths: experience, attention to detail; able to work intensively and with a time crunch, good coaching skills; value for money with level of customer service and expertise.
I received an RFE from USCIS for my Green Card process and I needed a legal opinion whether the documents I was planning to submit met the USCIS requirements. Jacqueline was ready to help me and gave me an appointment right away. She was very professional and a great help in explaining exactly what USCIS expected. She was willing to help even if this was only a consult. She gave me very good advise on the wording I needed to use in the documents and once I was ready to submit them, she supported my tight schedule by doing a final review in only 2 days I am very pleased by the overall experience and I would definitely recommend Jacqueline's firm to everybody.
Jacqueline did an amazing job with our application process! From the very beginning she was very understanding and gave us an overview of what the whole process would entail. She stays with you every step of the way, giving you detailed information on what paperwork they need from you and then file said paperwork into your application. I would highly recommend using her services!
Excellent, In the whole process of the case, she explained the steps to follow, in case of have questions, Jacqui had a solution.
I worked with Jacki on obtaining an E-2 visa/Treaty Investor application for a foreign national then his subsequent Green Card application process. I found Jacki to be pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about immigration law. She was always apprised of the latest updates to keep our process on track. It is most appreciated to have someone with this level of knowledge you can trust to guide you through the process so you do not have to have the expertise yourself. I would recommend Jacki to anyone seeking legal advice or services related to immigration.
I recommend jacki 100%. I had issues with lost permit in mail with another lawyer and I got wrong instructions. From the time I contacted jacki for a consultation, she was very precise on all instructions. Her filing were done properly. And she always responded to my questions immediately ( even during her weekends). My permit took way longer than the processing time and jacki was very helpful. If not for her, I would have got super stressed. It's not just about the procedures, anyone can do that. What I liked about this whole experience was her practical knowledge when things seem to deviate from normal processing. I will work with her again.
Jacqueline is my immigration attorney, she helped me applied H1B Visa and Green Card. with her help I had very smooth experience. She is very knowledgeable attorney. I definitely recommend her to my friends. I do appreciate her work, she gives me a peaceful mind as we all know immigration application is very stressful. Thank you Jacqueline for your help. Yan
