My husband and I had engaged a visa service and were given incorrect advice on how to complete the immigration process. Letters from the USCIS were mysteriously "missing" and were not acted upon within the time limit as a result. We were told by this firm that we had to start over and refile many of these expensive forms, and since many of our situations has changed, we honestly did not know where to start. We met with Jacqueline O Bradley Chacon who researched our intricate situation and walked us through the process. She kept us completely informed (something the other service did not do) and really gave us hope. We are awaiting our final decision for the AOS, but it all looks good, and we can now look to the future and make plans without fear that they will be dashed to pieces due to some form which was filed incorrectly or missing required information. Navigating though the immigration process can be a daunting thing, and once Jacqueline O Bradley Chacon was on our side, we truly felt as if we had an advocate that would ensure our case was handled properly. That peace of mind was simply priceless after the stress and discouragement we had previously experienced. She is easy to talk to, and knows how to communicate and relate to you on a personal level. We found her fees to be competitive and reasonable, and really feel she earned every penny. She worked hard for us, and all problems and impasses were solved promptly. Thanks, Jacqueline O Bradley Chacon for restoring our dream, and keeping our family together.
I was searching for best immigration lawyer I could find for my boyfriend. Ms O Bradley Chacon was unable accept the case, but in spite of this fact she was able to recommend respected lawyers and advise me on the information I would need in order to speed things along. She returned my call on off hours. Attorneys like Ms O Bradley Chacon are a rarity! If she is available to take your case please know you will be represented by conscientious and caring individual.
