I had a very unique case that was dragged out for many years. "Not at Jacks fault" The government saw me as a hardened criminal for marketing fake sunglasses. Jack saw different. In the end Jack got me probation and home confinement so I could continue to work and raise my children. The Feds wanted me in prison for at least a year and a day" I have three friends that are attorneys so I'm very familiar with allot of law and how it works. I know the difference between a good and bad attorney. Jack is composed, controlled and when he strikes it's very decisive and distinct. I am very pleased with his performance and would gladly higher and refer him again.
Jack Wieselman was professional and compassionate throughout this vindictive legal action taken by a wine industry employer on their exiting winemaker. Jack Wieselman's experience and dedication helped to bring this 18 month ordeal to a close without going to trial.
Jack helped me with a last min. situation he was always very caring , quite knowledgeable , professional and had great communications skills. He always kept me in the loop as to what was happening with my case. I have also referred Jack to a few friends and they have been very please with his work and outcome. Not only was he representing me as my attorney I felt he was a friend. I would recommend him again to my friends and family but not my ex
Jack was my attorney for several years while dealing with a criminal matter in federal court... he is very professional and charismatic. He helped the court of appeals see the light and my sentence was vacated. Thank you jack!
Jack or Jacob just wanted his money. He acted surprised when he realized I was telling him the truth about a false accusation which landed me in court. Even when he knew the truth and had evidence, he wouldn't fight for me. If you don't believe your client, then maybe you shouldn't take the case.
