Steven T. Boell is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate, Zoning & Development and Healthcare groups. Mr. Boell regularly represents clients in the healthcare industry in a variety of transactions and proceedings, including compliance with the Federal Stark and Anti-Kickback Laws, real estate transactions and the structuring of joint ventures.  He also represents developers and other property owners before municipal bodies and other administrative agencies in obtaining zoning land development approvals.  Mr. Boell represents condominiums and planned communities in issues relating to their formation, management, governance and operation.
