I joined Hessian & McKasy in June 2015 as an associate attorney. My practice consists primarily of business litigation and transactional issues, including:I have experience litigating cases in both state and federal court and representing clients through all phases of litigation. I also represent clients regarding regulatory matters under ERISA and other federal statues affecting health and welfare benefit plans. I assist clients with environmental compliance and real estate due diligence efforts.I received my J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and my B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
