Michelle was able to write into the adoption agreement of my grandson that I, as the grandfather, would continue to be part of my grandsons life even though he had no further contact with his natural parents.
Michelle Sullivan did a great job helping us through the process of getting US citizenship for our daughter who we adopted in Guatemala. She made a seemingly complicated process very easy for us. She was very kind and personable as well as competent and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her!
I was not looking forward to having to hire an attorney to have the custody of my oldest son changed over to his Father, it was a very difficult time for me. I'm so glad I hired Michelle Sullivan, she was always there with a quick reply to any questions I had and she always explained the situations coming up and how and what decisions would best help me going further at each step.
She helped to make our family complete and for that, we are forever grateful! Her passion for adoption really shows! She really is changing the stigma of attorneys. I felt she was by my side and really took the time to explain all proceedings of the legal process. She always responded in a timely manner and was always positive on the outlook of my case. 100% I will recommend her!!!
Thank you so much for all your tireless work on our behalf. It was so comforting to know that you cared just as much about the outcome for me and my children as I did. Thank you barely covers it!!
Michelle took the time to listen to me. I was so filled with fear or apprehension. I needed to know my rights. I needed to talk with someone that knew the laws and rights concerning divorce. That was capable of being honest with me. She was very supportive as she talked with me. Michelle took the time to explain the laws, so that even in my extreme state of being afraid I felt safer and was able to calm down. Michelle told me that she is license to practiced all over the state of Utah. I had called several attorneys near where I live. None of them would even talk to me unless I paid them money up front. I just wanted to ask a few questions so that I could calm down and think straight. Michelle did talk to me without asking for any money. In fact, the secretary was also helpful when I called in my panicked state. I had been through a divorce several years ago. At that time I had not been given the correct support from my attorneys. They did not tell me my rights, nor any support in the way the laws were. They were not honest with me as to my rights under our laws. It was the cause of much fear and pain for me, so it was very hard to even think about facing that same situation again. Just having Michelle listen and be so knowledgeable, and willing to share the correct information with me, helped me. Michelle took the time to explain several important facts to me, and even checked some court information. I know now that the way I was treated in the past was very wrong. Just talking with Michelle helped me, she gave me the confidence to stand up for my rights, my self. Michelle helped me to help me not be a victim... again . Michelle, Thank you with all my heart .
Michelle was kind, supportive and understanding. I highly recommend her. She made fee that she really cared for me as a client. What a great asset she is to the firm she works for.
She is a good honest person but she is an unavailable attorney. She doesn't dedicate any time to her Law Practice (run by herself and one other person). Michelle was impossible to reach, she often would be unavailable for a week at a time if not longer. Rarely answered emails or phone calls, her work ethic just isn't there. Unresponsive to myself and to the opposing council and others involved in my case. I almost missed a hearing (amoung other things) due to her only working one day a week. Hiring an attorney is so stressful and Michelle will only add to that stress, if your looking for an attorney that will work and help your case progress please look elsewhere. I don't ever want anyone else to go through the stress of working with an attorney who is never present.
