I consulted Jaclyn several times. Very helpful, very patient , knowledgable and professional. She 's great in her field. She's a positive and nice person too, she replied my email really quick. I would highly recommend her to you.
I have been more than satisfied with the consultation with her last week. I am an international student in an extremely complicated situation: I-140s are pending, short passport, concerning marriage with a girlfriend who is going to get the Citizenship certificate soon and starting school in another state next fall. I brought bunch of questions/ checklist, but even before I asked her about them she already made checklists for us. So many ambiguous issues was made clear. She is so knowledgeable and well-organized. She traveled from Westlake to the University Circle in Cleveland, and the initial consultation was completely free. I strongly recommend her for anybody who is interested in immigration. Especially she had a volunteer information session in March at CIA- she has presented her respect for the art. Also as I am a classical musician, I appreciate her respect for the art.
