Ladies and Gentlemen: My firm hired the Law Firm of Kelly & Mancini to represent us in a construction related arbitration case. The Attorney assigned to the case was Jackson Parmenter. This was a very technical construction case involving pieces of natural stone falling from a Regional School in Massachusetts. Mr. Parmenter had to spend a great deal of time with our engineering and project management people to learn the complex anchoring system designed to hold the stone panels on the building. The system is called a “Rain Screen” and has only been used two (2) times in New England. Mr. Parmenter was very attentive and spent a huge amount of time with our staff to study the “Rain Screen System” both at the construction site and studying our stone shop drawings, the stone specifications, volumes of engineering reports, test data, architect reports, owner’s project team reports, and owner’s consultant reports. Because of the unusual complexity of the case, Mr. Parmenter had to delve into a completely unique area of construction law. Be advised that Mr. Parmenter successfully understood every detail of the construction process from the fabrication of the stone, the manufacturing of the components of the engineered steel anchoring systems, and the installation of the complete system, stone and steel. Mr. Parmenter was totally prepared when we went to the Deposition process and the Arbitration process. When it was time to take the Depositions, Mr. Parmenter was thoroughly prepared to ask the proper questions and able to judge if the answers were correct. When the Arbitration started, Mr. Parmenter was totally prepared in every way. He had a calm, firm demeanor with the witnesses and asked the proper questions in the correct order to each witness. Likewise his questioning of my employees was totally on point in explaining our side of the case. His summation was exact and factual and delivered in a firm but not hostile manner. The result of Mr. Parmenter’s diligent work won the total case for my firm. I would use Mr. Parmenter again and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone. He presents an excellent appearance, totally polite and a “first class person” in every way.

I had hired K&M three years ago and have been working closely with Attorney Jackson Parmenter on all of our construction disputes including mediations and arbitrations. He is responsive to my predicaments seven days a week which is exemplary. Because of his knowledge in construction law I have been provided good advice in a timely fashion which has allowed me to make the right decision. We have reached a level of success because he is a relentless fighter and negotiator who listens to our concerns and is open to a team oriented approach.

Jackson has aided me on a number of issues. He has always been easy to reach, his responses are prompt and his advice sound. Jackson takes every case seriously, is determined to perform for his clients and is quickly making a name for himself. He has a network of some of the best attorneys in the area and digs deep to find solutions. I've even found myself calling on Saturdays and Sunday only to learn he's already at the office hard at work. I know I can call Jackson on any number of issues because he shoots straight and doesn't waste time. The best quality of an attorney is their track record as far as I'm concerned. Jackson's experience and hard work has paid off for me on a number of issues and has made me a better and more successful businessman. I would recommend Jackson for any legal matter and he has shown superior expertise in the fields of construction law and contract law. His supreme court experience coupled with his capable business mind makes him a formidable attorney.
