Unprofessional, disorganized . I really wished I had done more research before I hired them. They do no return phone calls or emails and showing up to their office to speak with someone is a waste of time. The persons responsible for your case is always walking into a conference and no one else is available to speak with you. They go through staff members rapidly. Therefore, you never know who is handling your case. It is quite frustrating.
