Mr Kaiser took my immigration case in 2004. He might not be the sweetest guy around, but he's quick, knows what he is doing and kept me very well informed. I had absolutely no problems getting my Green Card, in basically no time. I resigned my Green Card in 2006 and i am about to apply again, and i will certainly work with him.
I had the opportunity to not only consult with, but actually retain the immigration law services of Mr. Jack Kaiser for members of my family. I found him and his staff to be most professional and knowledgeable. He treated us with personal courtesy on each meeting and we are grateful to have him as our immigration lawyer. His knowledge and experience in immigration matters diverted us away from situations that could have been potentially damaging to our case. After speaking with Mr. Kaiser, my family had the utmost respect and confidence in him and in our case. Unlike "Anonymous" (the reviewer above this review), my family had more than "just one" (1) meeting with Mr. Kaiser, and unlike "Anonymous", we are not hiding our names, but are pleased to identify ourselves.
I came in with questions about my case. Jack Kaiser was not enthusiastic in answering my questions as he flipped through a book on immigration law. He was unwilling to attempt to answer any question he couldn't quickly find in that book. He said he needed to see documents before he can attempt to answer. It was obvious he didn't want to take up my case (which admittedly was a very difficult case though ultimately I got a green card through different lawyer). I kept prompting him to attempt to answer my question even if not in the specifics but he wouldn't as the last minutes dwindled away from our hour session. His consultation is not cheap. I've spoke with lawyers who charged less than half as much who were much more helpful. Jack Kaiser didn't generate any new ideas and didn't answer any of the important existing questions.
