However, I did not get good communication from his office. First, although the court case was canceled early pending acceptance of suspended sentence, I was never notified of this, neither by phone or mail, causing me great anxiety while I waited. It was only after I called his secretary one week before my court date that I found out the court case was canceled. Second, I waited for mailing of court payment instructions as related to the suspended sentence, but did not receive anything. I called his office and was told by his secretary she mailed the documentation. I waited another week, but did not receive. I called again and secretary said she’d mail it again. After another two weeks of not receiving, I called (third time) and was told again it was mailed, but that she’d mail it again. By the time I finally received the mailed court instructions from Mr Gleria’s office I was late with complying with one of two payment requirements, and soon to be late with the court cost payment. I had to call the Court clerk to explain late payment. She told me I had two days left to pay the court costs or unfortunately there would be a bench warrant placed against me. I finally arranged on-line payment, but am not sure what, or if, something will happen with late payment of the other requirement. Not a good experience, for that reason I rate him fair.

He called me last week asking if I was sentenced to MADD. I told him"you are my attorney! You don't know what I was sentenced to?' He has a partner. They pass you back and forth neither knowing what the other has done. You are much better off representing yourself. They over charge and produce crap. They are SO bad they will not forward paperwork to the court in your behalf. I am about to have my probation revoked because they failed to send important letters of completion to the court. DON'T trust them with your life. You will end up worse than if you handled it yourself!
