I got cited about 2yrs ago for speeding per the bike cop. I was very worried and panicked since I have never been cited in my entire driving life(20yrs) and lived in 6 different states prior to NV. I did not have the time to contest the ticket due to work schedule and constraints, and was given a referral to his office. My moving violation was reduce to illegal parking and I was more than happy to pay that fine since it did not mess up/touch my perfect driving history lol. and now, 2yrs later my 25yo son also got a really steep moving violation. No questions asked from me-i just went ahead and called this office and again and everything was taken care of once again. they are just awesome!!

The office staff is more than professional and extremely helpful in matters large and small. From my experience with Mr. Buchanan and his staff, I am entirely convinced that I currently owe them my freedom as I was looking at up to 6 years in prison due to multiple felonies and was happily rewarded with just fines and 6 months of unsupervised probation. Mr. Buchanan is nothing short of a genius when it comes to working with these matters and his staff is friendly, polite, prompt, and professional. I love them all as if they were family!
