Be very careful and pay close attention to billing. He will bill more than your agreed rate. Then he will use threatening techniques to collect when you question his billing errors. Also a hot head, with high employee turnover.
He doesn't listen, is reactive and child like and only cares about getting as much money as possible for himself. Not a good experience. And then he blamed me for being challenging after paying him $100,000 in attorneys' fees over a one year period.
This man came highly recommended , I trusted him to be the BEST real estate attorney Arizona, boy was I wrong on this I was completely sold out by him. i hired him to defend me in a pretty much cut and dry defense claim, he did not sue the broker as i had instructed him to do when we sud the realtor involvedand came up with a lousy excuse that the brokers are exempt and the realtors are on there own, I have since hired a new firm who has finally got the broker on a third party complaint. if Mr. Combs would have done his job in the first place I would be out of this mess by now. be very very careful if you hire him he is extremely expensive and not worth 1 red cent and does not listen to his clients needs.
