I have utilized Mr. Fischer's services in the family court arena multiple times over the years. He is knowledgeable and always sought what was in the best interest of the parties involved. Mr. Fischer's proactive and calm method of handling situations always lead to successful outcomes. Recently, I have had to utilize Mr. Fischer again for estate/probate related matters. Again, he has been responsive and has handled matters above what would be expected. I have recommended Mr. Fischer to many friends and will continue to do so.
Mr. Fischer is a dedicated and forthright attorney. He has helped me in the past and present and delivered on a consistent basis. He was always willing to discuss my situation and I was reassured that my case was a top priority. I highly recommend his services.
excellent attorney. Great customer service
Isaac Fischer said he was an expert on restraining orders and family law and that I had a pretty straight forward case. I have a lot of documentation, videos and still photos and police reports. He failed me as he was never prepared for court, he filled out the wage assignment form completely wrong and then lied to me about submitting it. I kept waiting for alimony that wasn't coming. He communicated well with the opposing counsel, I am really just guessing on that because he never shared with me what they spoke about. I just saw them laughing, so I guess there were actual words exchanged. I don't drive much so I always had someone else with me, luckily, because they turned into witnesses. The time I did phone court, I just happened to have a witness also. The thing is, I told Isaac I had someone with me, he texted me that he was going to talk to me before court, so I gave Isaac her number (he didn't call) and it didn't stop him from behaving improperly. The last day of his shenanigans, I was supposed to be submitting another I&E, which I was supposed to get phone help with, he kept putting it off, for 3 weeks! I realized on Friday that I wasn't going to get help and it was not getting turned in on Monday. Also, Monday was supposed to be a trial to force sale my house and also regarding a kick out order for my soon to be ex husband. He did not prepare for any of it and every time I asked about it, he would change the subject. So, Friday, late afternoon, I called another lawyer I had interviewed the week before and asked how to proceed. It was too late for her to go to court with me. I had to ask for a continuance. I couldn't believe Isaac had the nerve to show up. He spent all of his time talking to opposing counsel, my soon to be ex and his witnesses. Didn't even acknowledge me for 40 minutes. As soon as I told him I was asking for a continuance to seek alternative counsel, he had no comment for me but he went running back to opposing counsel and said "change of plans" loudly. Then, once in the courtroom, I spoke up right away in front of the judge, asked for continuance to seek alternative counsel. Opposing counsel was trying to charge me for Isaac's incompetence and failures. I will be going to the BAR. I have never wanted to sue anyone before but this is a clear case of fraud and taking advantage of someone when they are down. Breaking the code of ethics. It's just appalling what Isaac has put me through. Oh, I did try to get him to give me a substitution of attorney form a week earlier and he said he didn't understand why, I explained, he had terrible communication and was slacking on preparing, etc. He said he was going to do better and I fell for it. Like I did with my soon to be ex for the last 20 years. Either Isaac is totally incompetent or failed to represent me intentionally.
