I am very grateful for GWC, Tim and Lucy. Car accidents are rough and scary. They were with me every step of the way and made the whole thing better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was a victim of a rear-end collision by a drunk driver some time ago. I had to seek medical attention. I sought legal assistance from GWC and was assigned attorney Timothy Keiser. There was a bunch of back and forth with my insurance and the other party's insurance regarding the medical bills. Timothy was to recover damages due to my injuries. More than a year after the accident, Tim told me a settlement was proposed. It wasn't a lot of money but I was ready to be done with the whole thing. Before I signed the settlement, I asked if all the medical bills were taken care of. He said there weren't any leans (I didn't know what that meant at the time). He also assured that if I received any bills, to let him know and he'll take care of it. That should have been a warning sign. Less than a week after I signed the contract, I received my first bill in relation to medical expenses from the accident, for just about the same amount that was settled. When I contacted Timothy Keiser, he explained that he wasn't responsible for retrieving damages in which a lean wasn't placed. He basically told me the case was closed. He eventually stopped answering my phone calls. I got stuck with the bill. He received his money and I was the one who came up short. He did not advocate for me in a way that I'd expect from a honest lawyer. Not only did I endure an accident that could have cost my life and suffered painful injuries, I got jagged by the one person who I thought I could trust, my lawyer. I would suggest that if you hire him, make sure you have extensive legal knowledge or higher a lawyer to make sure he's gonna do what he said, other than take his settlement cut.
