Ian Taylor joined Morris Law to help South Carolinians and their families in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. He came to Morris Law with a strong background in litigation and probate. Much of his early litigation experience involved probate or estate disputes between family members fighting claims of undue influence and fraud. So, his experience serves clients well to handle wrongful death and related probate issues. He also helped families and individuals protect their wealth and well-being when they needed a will or trust, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
