Hubert T. Morrow, II, born 1942, Los Angeles, California, Attended the University of California, Berkeley, undergraduate, and the University of Denver Law School with honors on the Law Review.Admitted to practice in 1970, and licensed to practice in Colorado and California, and before the U.S. Federal Court, 10th Circuit.I have been a practicing attorney for thirty nine years and am a member of the Colorado Bar Associationand California Bar Associations (Personal Injury law, Real Estate, and Domestic Relations Sections), and a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association(Auto Litigation Committee).My primary areas of practice are: Colorado Divorce, Real Estate including Foreclosure-Mortgage Short Sales, Wills and Probate of Estates, Personal Injury Law , and Resolution of IRS and State tax debt liabilities.While I practiced as a sole practitioner for many years, I now preside over a firm of four lawyers with a practice that includes: Colorado Divorce, Custody and Child Support, Real Estate transactions (including Mortgage Short Sales and Foreclosures ) and litigation, Probate of Estates, Wills and Trusts, Criminal Defense, Social Security Disability Claims, Immigration Cases, and Resolution of IRS and State tax debts.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Morrow, I found him to be very straight forward and honest. I feel that if someone is out there with any type matter give Mr. Morrow a call. He is always willing to assist you at any time.
I highly recommend Hubert T Morrow for Attorney Services big and small. I had an unfortunate dispute with a lease and Hubert negotiated very professionally with lessor. He new the case law and firmly but professionally informed the lessor he was in the wrong and this case would likely result in a judgement against lessor.
Hugh, Helped me at a time few attorneys would have taken my case. I was fighting a multi billion dollar bank for breach of contract and fiduiciary responsibilty. His advice, expertise, and respect of fellow attorneys was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone.
He took my case through a referral but then when it came time for my appointment he kept telling me how busy he was with other cases and he didn't have time to look into my case. Thank God I hadn't actually put money down yet! Twice he didn't even have his staff reschedule me. The last time he actually tried to start giving me legal advise without actually looking at my case. It was only after I questioned him, "Have you actually read my paperwork I sent in?" that he started with the excuses about how he came in that morning at 6 a.m. and didn't leave the night before until 11 p.m. It was the same thing he told me on the meeting the time before that I showed up for and wasn't ready. DO NOT HIRE THIS "ATTORNEY."
Don’t call this attorney he is a waste of money. All of the numbers work that he did for our purchase on our new home we had to redo because he was charging too much. he was estimating fees instead of using specific amounts. He insisted on using only his title company so we had to insist that, since our title company was less expensive that his company would have to Match the cost. When it came down to the closing day appointment time he set up, was changed and he never told us. He kept our earnest money for two weeks. the loan company wanted us to pay another five grand in earnest money we said no so they had to Get a courier to go to his office and get the check. He thought he could bring it in on closing I guess???
800 dollar nightmare....he told me today that the Reason he didn't tell me a very important matter concerning the case I hired him for Point Blank quote because "you didn't ask" but yet he asked me for monies to continue to represent me. I have never ever ever ever been so disrespected...customer service...will like to yo... not you're the type of attorney that you would want to work with concerning a very important matter...booooooooooo booooooo he garbage,public defense attorney has more professional Acumen on their worst day then he ever will wow shaking my head!
Do you know hiring attorney you expect that attorney who you hired... he wouldn't give you an answer stating he sides with you... However, you'll never win...or its 50/50 because he quoted much more favorables before I gave him...600 of 250...he asked for... but all the bad news seem to have came after he'd used up all my money I needed to pay more I felt shut down and lie to. To support him keeping the rest of my money he stated things are what they will be because of the system... In the consultation there was no mention of a system. Rather he described that I had strong marriage...I had strong merits that could prove...in a ,(civil matters burden of proof unlike criminals Beyond A Reasonable doubt verdict down by the jury that I am in fact who I say I am. ... And that he specializes in making problems "Go away"he gave me a quote for two hundred bucks.. that same day I told him what I wanted...I gave him six hundred bucks... the day after I gave him the $600 the apartment , the courtdate shut off power to the Apartment, I lost out on a monetary huge because I work from home gain... surprisingly this eviction proceeding is not about me not paying rent believe it or not is about the apartment company accepting my rent payments but yet I can never win or had a chance because of this system... I feel like if you hire him...(H.M) it depends on which side of the system you're on and whether or not you can benefit... Cuz he's going to give you a 90% statements to sell himself...good luck explaining anything to him about case because he has a listening problem and will cut you off thus, misdiagnosing whether or not it makes sense for you guys to move forward professionally... Don't give him $600 like I did + 200 more he's not going to tell you what the money's went for or why this much was this or that, rather he's going to recite that what happened to you was just a part of the system and that moving forward you would have to pay another down payment of Monies not something that's already in the law, and automatically afforded... Deeply disgusted
