I am a solo practitioner with an office in Center City Philadelphia. I graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law and earned a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. I served as an Honors Program Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division from 1986 to 1991.I currently practice in the areas of taxation, estate planning, eldercare, long term care planning, estate administration, guardianship, and small business planning. I have served as a Board member for various charitable organizations such as Philabundance, Friends of Briar Bush Nature Center, Friends of High School Park, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Angel Flight East, and Volunteers for the Indigent Program. I am active as a current Board Member, former officer (Treasurer), and former member of the Executive Committee of Beth Sholom Congregation in Elkins Park. I am a resident of Wyncote, Pennsylvania, where I am an active volunteer with my local Boy Scout Troop.

Howard makes the complicated simple. His rates are very reasonable. He doesn't charge you every time you talk to him like like other lawyers I have had in the past. He is very knowledgeable and a reasonable.
Howard was easy to work with and explained everything to my sister and I for my fathers estate. Would highly recommend him for all your estate planning needs.
I contacted Howard about a probate matter and he was very helpful. Much to my surprise, he answered all of my questions and refused to take any money for his services. In his words, he wasn't putting pen to paper for me so there was no reason to pay him. I never expected that from a lawyer. I saw the review posted by someone else and I find it hard to believe that it is the same person. Howard was very generous with his time and I would not hesitate to hire him if I needed his services.
