As what some would consider being a 'high asset' client...my case was MUCH more difficult than most. I make that statement confidently due to the fact that I visited nothing short of 10 attorneys prior to moving forward with Howard's team. Thankfully I visited Howard late enough in my schedule of attorney interviews to KNOW what differentiates in terms of knowledge base, dependability and overall skillset. Howard was thorough and obviously heads above. In my interviews I got 2 'yes' and 8 'no.' Howard knew what he was doing and got it done- for literally the SAME cost as the competition. DO NOT go with anyone else!
Howard is a great attorney for personal or business bankruptcy. He listens and takes notes, studies the best path to take and most importantly, relieves your stress by being thorough and making sure all objectives are addressed. He know his craft and his reputation precedes him. Why go to any other attorney who doesn't take your special circumstance to heart and tells you what you can't do or why you can't achieve relief. Thank God for Howard Rothbloom, may you and anyone else fretting bankruptcy, whether Business or personal, be blessed to have Howard as your attorney. Money well spent!!
I came to Mr. Rothblooms office to seek counsel for a issue whereby a major furniture company that filed bancruptcy was seeking to claw back from me over $10,000 that I was paid for services rendered. Additionally, this very same company owed me money which I assumed I would never see again. I was represented by an associate of this firm, Adam who gave me his full attention, instilled in me the confidence that he would represent me aggressively and professionally. His approach to my case seemed reasonable, effective and gave me a quite confidence that the outcome we be better than I hoped. Yes, the price was very reasonable as well -- a fraction of what the furniture company was seeking to claw back. The outcome was better than I hoped. Adams preparation, approach and thoroughness won the day. We prevailed without having to pay back a penny to the furniture company. In fact, I finally did receive a check from the company that had filed bankruptcy. A win win outcome. If you seek out the services of Howard D Rothbloom, you can know that they will seek out your best interest. The fees for their services was a small price for victory!!!
I always had "mixed emotions" when meeting with Mr. Rothbloom. I obviously had negative feelings in meeting with a "bankruptcy attorney" but throughout the process I found a new friendship in Howard and I actually looked forward to meeting with him. As a result of Howard being an expert with bankruptcy law, he is one of the best listeners and has the most patience than anybody I know. Thanks to these qualities he and his staff were able to get my wife and I through some very difficult times going through the bankruptcy process. Thanks to my friend and his great staff, Adam Herring and Sylvia Lachenberg, my my case was approved!! LC
The Rothbloom Law office made what I perceived as a difficult process, very easy. Fast response to questions, detailed explanations of ever step of the process, and a thoughtful and helpful staff. There are personal considerations to be made in a Bankruptcy. Howard and his staff take the time to do it right. Never felt that I need more information. Thanks
Howard Rothbloom has Compassion Empathy and pays attention to detail ..He is familiar with the law. He can 'get you off' on a technicality. He has friends in the right places.Rothbloom has loyalty that runs in his bloodstream, Howard Rothbloom is a good man first, and a great lawyer second.
