Howard N. Kahn is a litigation attorney based in the Fort Lauderdale area. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, professional disability litigation, and real estate litigation for commercial or residential disputes. Mr. Kahn serves clients in Broward, Miami-Dade and West Palm Beach counties, as well as throughout the state of Florida. Licensed in both Florida and Illinois, he has successfully handled state and federal cases for national and international banks, financial institutions and Wall Street brokerage firms. Mr. Kahn's litigation efforts in the area of mortgage fraud have often resulted in the complete recovery of all loan losses, including legal fees and court costs. He represents physicians and other professionals with disability claims under individual and group disability policies. A former Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kahn is also an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. A former Certified Public Accountant, Howard N.
