Howard Bullock is a Richmond native and attended Hampden-Sydney College where he majored in History with a minor in Rhetoric. Howard is committed to protecting the rights of those injured by the negligence of others, through no fault of their own, and dedicates his practice to all manner of personal injury cases including, for example, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, slips and trips and falls and wrongful death. Howard attended law school at Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida. While attending law school Howard served as a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Abby Cynamon, Eleventh Judicial circuit court of Miami, Florida.Howard enjoys being in the courtroom and has significant experience handling cases from inception to trial in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, including Jury Trials. Howard strongly believes in the civil justice system and is passionate about fighting to achieve the best possible results for his clients.Howard is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia including U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Howard currently serves as a District Representative for the Third District for the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Howard has also been voted to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, an invitation only professional organization composed of the top civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers from each state or region who are under the age of 40.
