Holly is great to work with and I would highly recommend reaching out to her with your legal needs! I found myself in the middle of a custody battle I never expected to happen. I had no idea what to do and was looking for a lawyer to help me figure things out. I met with Holly and it was the best decision I could have made. She took her time explaining all of the steps to me and making sure I knew everything I could do to keep things moving forward with my court case. She told me exactly what papers to fill out, how to fill them out, and helped with any mistakes I made along the way. Holly went above and beyond to help me in every way she could. She made time for me whenever I needed help and never once made me feel like I couldn't do it. She didn't get frustrated will all my questions and always listened to me without judgement. She shared her personal involvement in the court system which immediately made it easier to open up to her. It was clear that she does not practice law for the money, she does it help people and help move them positively forward in the legal process. I would encourage anyone who is unsure about the legal process, or what to do next, to schedule a meeting with Holly.

Ms. Ferrioli acted as though she were working for the prosecution! She refused to out on a defense for me. All attorneys shoukd know the Constitutional rights their client has. As should all Judges. Ms Ferriolli said, my daughter, the complainant could not be cross examined, because she was making a statement, not testifyjng. The Supreme Court says otherwise. If I had been allowed to cross examine her, I am sure I would have been released. She is quite the actress, a Meth addict, and, since she became a heavy user, she stole everything from me, made me homeless, sseveral times, is not the young woman I raised. Holly knew I was innocent , knew the names of 2 Benton Co. case workers who would have cleared my name, and, yet, she allowed me to be held for 2 months. I had never been arrested before. I had a heart attack, a kidney stone and went through Morphine withdrawals, becausse the pollice lied, and, said they could not find my prescription bottle in my backpack. Iit was a horrid experirnce. I was separated from my Emotional Support Animal, Madeline, my sweet baby girl (a Seal Point Siamese). My daughter stole her and alot of my belongings from where I had been living, and, took them to her apt. In Eugene. When I was released, I was homeless, and, when I got down to Eugene, instead of letting me sleep on her couch, and, be with Madeline, she took me to a honeless shelter-her own Mother It took the Eugebe police to get everything back for me. This is what Holly Ferrioli did to me- my Public Defender!
