Unfortunately my divorce was less than amicable. I started with a different attorney and at my initial divorce hearing I was the one ordered out of the family home and ordered to pay full child support with 50/50 custody. I'm not saying it was my previous attorney's fault I was ordered to move out and pay child support, but that is what was handed to Hillary to help me with. She is very smart and worked very hard to build our case. I found the wheels of justice move very slow, but it was a slow steady process with Hillary. After 3 court dates Hillary was able to get my temporary orders (me being ordered out of the family home, 50/50 custody and me paying full child support) reversed. In the final court case (just over 7 months after the original temporary orders were given) I was granted full custody of my kids, my ex was ordered to pay me child support, and I was granted to be able to move back in the family home.
