Hiep was the recipient of a bad case that was going south fast. It was potential 100% claim where the applicant attorney knew she had the WCAB on her side. The firm placed Hiep on the case as he has made a reputation of being a miracle worker. Hiep diligently went through the file and was able to find holes in the applicant attorney’s case. The case went to trial and while the applicant attorney pounded the table, Hiep presented his case like a surgeon using case law and facts. As a result of his expertise, the claim was kick back for additional discovery. I can honestly say if you have a legal need and there is a way, Hiep is the attorney you want on your team.
Hiep worked with us on a difficult case involving assessments from the State in the UR/IMR process. Hiep was a great resource in understanding the legal variances from Administrative and Procedure codes, and helped to negotiate a significant savings on our part.
Mr. D. Hiep Truong is an exceptional defense attorney and is very knowledgeable about case law. He took over a high exposure claim without hesitation and quickly developed a plan of action. He continuously keeps us updated and is quick to answer any of our concerns. We appreciate the work he has done for our company and look forward to continually working with him.
D. Hiep Truong is a Top Notch attorney! He took over the handling of our very complicated high exposure case and thoroughly reviewed the entirety of the file, instantly identifying issues, and formulating a plan to mitigate the issues. He is very knowledgeable about workers’ compensation including case law. He has brought to the table a high level of competence which has given us confidence that we are represented by the best of the best, and that our case is in very capable hands. He has been very responsive and provided a very detailed analysis of our case as well as detailed updates which is very rare these days. He is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend Mr. Truong.
I have worked with D Hiep Truong since 2014 on a really high exposure case with a Kite argument. He successfully defended our case limiting our exposure. I would highly recommend Mr. Truong to handle your Workers Compensation Defense Claims.
I have used Hiep Troung on numerous files that contained heavy litigation and high exposure. Hiep always achieved excellent results with difficult heavily litigated cases.
Hiep is the attorney we use for our complex, high value cases that require technical expertise, attention to detail, aggressive litigation. He has turned around our 100% cases and reduced them to reasonable value. He is great and finding the "smoking" gun that turns around a case with the opposing party anxious to settle!
