I'll admit that Herbert is a little unorthodox in his methods. But the results speak for themselves! Every other attorney I consulted wanted about 5 times more money and promised that I would end up with jail time no matter what. Not Herbert. He devised a plan that kept me out of jail and allowed me to keep my family together. I cannot thank this man enough!
Hired him for a traffic ticket. He said he would knock out he didnt. The things he did , could ve been done without.
I used this attorney under the pretense that he was going to get me off completely on a couple of cases he stated I would win for sure, he did nothing in both cases when I would try to speak up on my cases he would not let was extremely rude can't not emphasize how unprofessional he was would actually love to see his license taken away from him do to him just scamming people out of their hard earn money for b.s representation.
I used him recently for a DUI case cause he was cheap. I got what I paid for!!!! He gave horrible advise and was a waste of my time and money plus the partial refund of my retainer he gave me when I was unhappy with his services bounced....what a loser!
HE REPRESENTED MY BROTHER, WHO WENT TO JAIL ANYWAY...HE REPRESENTED ME, CHARGED ME 1950.00 THAT WE PAID IN FULL AND HE WOULDN'T EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS..HE HAS NO OFFICE, HE MEETS AT PERKINS, HE TOLD MY MOM TO 'SHUT UP' HAS TOLD ME TO 'SHUT UP' SEVERAL TIMES...I FIRED HIM
