Completely nonresponsive with no regard for his clients interests. Issue- Failure to timely respond to the Veteran's Administration resulting in a loss of all retroactive benefits. His firm refused to respond or communicate with us throughout the case and clearly lacked expertise. So it is no surprise that they also do not communicate with the VA. We had to finish the case on our own. He has impressive credentials with little desire to professionally handle client matters. Beware
