Henry represents lenders, private money investors, real estate agents and brokers and their clients, as well as buyers and sellers of real property. He is experienced in protecting and recovering client's equity in real estate investments in bankruptcy and collection proceedings, including the collection of judgments and receivership actions. Prior to his work with Peter Brewer, Henry had substantial experience with debtor work in bankruptcy proceedings and defending corporate clients against collection suits.
