As an HR Exec with a publicly traded corporation, I selected Ms Carson as our corporate immigration counsel. She impressed us with her ability to grasp our staffing situation, the requirements for specialized talent and our needs for bringing talented specialists to our US based organization. Helga educated us on the "many and varied" aspects of US Immigration policy, processes and pitfalls. The company included offices and facilities in more than 60 countries; creating frequent situations in which newly hired staff outside the US needed to come to the US to work or to train. She gave us excellent advice, and excellent support in processing those individuals who were joining our organization. I have regularly recommended her to both individuals as well as colleagues at other corporations.
