Heidi was great with me. She went with me to the UIA judge, gave a great argument according to the facts and truth. The judge ruled in my favor and I got my unemployment benefits back. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and put me at ease.

Heidi's attention to our case was nothing less than wonderful. Her knowledge of employment law and procedures exceeded my expectations. My questions were answered in a timely fashion either by email or by telephone and she was always willing to meet with us after hours when it was more convenient with our work schedules. Extremely unresponsive to client concerns. Attempting to handle a large caseload has compromised the protection of those not in line for a "huge" payday. Reckless behavior and lack of prompt action jeopardized my case. Does not review material (chock full of incomplete information and date errors) sent on her behalf. When confornted with concerns regarding her lack of follow-up, becomes combative and solely interested in displacing blame. You will be better served by someone who truly understands employment law and has YOUR best interest in mind.
