Heidi Perlet is a founding member of Perlet, Shiner, Melchiorre & Walsh, P.A.  With 23 years of experience, Ms. Perlet has earned a solid reputation as a tough, creative, passionate, and thorough litigator at both the federal and state level. As a former criminal prosecutor, she understands both sides of a criminal case – insight that is invaluable when it comes to effectively defending an accused person. Ms. Perlet handles a wide variety of criminal cases, including those involving sexual assault/battery, computer crimes, drug crimes, DUI, murder, Medicare fraud, and much more.Ms. Perlet is admitted to practice in Florida and New Jersey, as well as in federal courts throughout the U.S. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
