Hector Diaz was extremely helpful and informative. He patiently explained everything and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The service rendered was attentive and a refreshing polar opposite of most lawyers who put their priorities above their clients. We will definitely be using their services in the future and recommend their firm to anyone who is looking for reliable, informative, immigration lawyers who truly care about the people they help.
Difficult post, but hard to explain you entire experience with your attorney. We had contracted Mr. Diaz to assist us with our asylum case, that we later changed because we were married. We paid $5k for our asylum case and almost another $5k after we dismissed our asylum case. You would assume your attorney would attend your interview with UCSIS with you, but not the case. You think Mr. Diaz would be a little more concerned about his cases, but that's not the case. If a person isn't on top of their own case, this office does nothing. We still don't have copies of the documents we filed almost two years ago. Simply a money mill!
