Went to see Attorney Zana with tons of question left her office with not only every question answered but with more knowledge on what to do with my case. Once I hired the attorney everything went as she had predicted. I am very happy with the out come of my case and would recommend her to anyone. She was very pleasant to deal with and never made me feel like I was just another client.

Heather Zana is a unique type of lawyer. I've have gone through four lawyers who say "I'll be as nice as you want or as mean as you want", but when Heather said that to me she was the first lawyer who meant it. She is extremely professional and treats her clients matters as if they were her own. My divorce and the ensuing custody has been going on for 7 years and over $60K on my end, but I never got more honesty, integrity or results like the time my case was being handled by Mrs. Zana. In my opinion there's nothing that she did that I haven't been impressed with and there were many times she would take her time and not bill me so she could thoroughly explain exactly what was going on with my case. This I had never seen, one of my attourneys billed me for time to explain his messed up billing and cost me not only thousands of dollars but visitation time. In my opinion I wish I could use her today, as I know she would work for the results and earn more than any compensation she billed.

Heather has been a source for information and direction in a number of my legal issues. Her knowledge, diligence and persistinces in court has always tallied a win with no losses.

Heather took my case in 2009. She did her best in handling my case. However, she did not argue or put up a fight to win case. I think she is still trying to get the feel for the courts in NV. In time she will become a great attorney.

Poor representation. No child support. No assets from the disolution of the relationship. When told the ex was liquidating and selling all the house contents, no court order to stop him. No child support, or spousal support. Most of all was never informed that a divorced individual has 12 months in which they may file a modification of the decree, and I was not informed therefore I lost 1/2 of my ex's retirement after 28 1/2 yrs of marriage, when I attempted to modify the decree.
