She was non-judgmental and asked pertinent questions so that she could get a good understanding of the history, my concerns and what I wanted from the divorce. She encouraged settlement of the divorce at Mediation, if possible, in lieu of trial, in an effort to save additional time, energy and expenses; but in no way totally surrender or short-change what I wanted or was willing to agree to in the divorce.
