Attorney Heather M. Burns represents people throughout the state of New Hampshire as a member of the Upton & Hatfield, LLP legal team. She practices in the areas of personal injury law and employment law, in which she primarily works with plaintiffs. Specifically, she handles cases that concern discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
