 Attorney Heather Cavanaugh Burdette is a partner with Kegley, Herndon, & Burdette, PLLC. Heather’s practice areas include civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, family law, and traffic. Heather received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University. She earned her juris doctorate from Charlotte School of Law in December 2015 with Pro Bono Honors. Heather thoroughly enjoys advocating for her clients in the courtroom. Heather believes that it is her duty as an attorney to communicate effectively and fight vigorously for her client’s best interest.
