Haydn represents and advises mortgage companies, consumer finance companies, and financial institutions on issues such as:Haydn also assists companies with implementing new state laws and regulations, and represents clients in state and federal enforcement actions, as well as compliance audits. He also is working closely with the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) in the testing and implementation of the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).Recent matters
