Our aunt wanted to sell our grandparents home. First she hired and attorney that said we had to either pay her back taxes for way back quite a few years. Some people in our family did just that, while a few of us held our ground waiting for her proof. Now she has hired this guy, and he is very unprofessional. Some of us get notices about court hearings while the reset of the family members have no idea what is going on. Back in 2012 when we confronted him about this at the court house he mainly said he was sorry and would do better in making certain we all are notified. I had a debt that sadly went to court and shows up in papers in the Gloucester Courthouse where I live. I have make amends with the creditor and still they are making me look like a deadbeat. Everyone who's name is on that paper are now made award of my situation. Was that really necessary? Where is my right to privacy even though it shows up in the court records. I contacted this man last week and he did not feel it was worth my getting a response. I am so furious, does money mean that much to one person in the family that they would go against the wishes of their deceased parents for a few dollars. Money will disappear, but our land will be forever. It is sad the wants of the majority are not being heard, and to take your family to court is just awful for a few thousand dollars. And no one every said they had no interest in purchasing the place his client should be buying our out.

Harry Morris is the worst lawyer,he is not capable to stand in front of a judge a plead your case, which happened to me,he answered question in front of the judge without consulting with me,and he stuttered a lot. In closing on my home ,my agent had to call him 3 times, and each time he had lost the file. Will not under any circumstances use him again.

Extremely poor service. Hired to execute an easement for a property that was in closing. After initial meeting and agreement Morris did not return phone calls (on at least six occasions) or provide updates for over two months. Complete disregard for and waste of the property owner and buyers time.

Our aunt wanted to sell our grandparents home. First she hired and attorney that said we had to either pay her back taxes for way back quite a few years. Some people in our family did just that, while a few of us held our ground waiting for her proof. Now she has hired this guy, and he is very unprofessional.
