I am so furious, does money mean that much to one person in the family that they would go against the wishes of their deceased parents for a few dollars. In closing on my home ,my agent had to call him 3 times,and each time he had lost the file. Will not under any circumstances use him again.

Back in 2012 when we confronted him about this at the court house he mainly said he was sorry and would do better in making certain we all are notified. I had a debt that sadly went to court and shows up in papers in the Gloucester Courthouse where I live. I have make amends with the creditor and still they are making me look like a deadbeat. Everyone who's name is on that paper are now made award of my situation. Was that really necessary? Where is my right to privacy even though it shows up in the court records. I contacted this man last week and he did not feel it was worth my getting a response.
