Reviews
While I haven't had extensive experience with Harriet, the interaction that I did have was professional, prompt and reasonable. If I require legal services again, I'll certainly contact Harriet.
Ms. Alexson served as commercial estate closing counsel for a national bank where I served as CFO. She managed complex commercial real estate financing transactions and related documents. Ms. Alexson also served as outside legal and regulatory counsel for our start-up national mortgage banking subsidary which securitized commercial real estate loans into the CMBS markets. I would highly receomend Ms. Alexson as she has strong legal skills and is efficient, professional and pleasant to work with.
I have worked with Harriet B. Alexson on a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including regulatory advice for real estate brokers. She is an excellent attorney and very accessible to her clients.
I have known Harriet Alexson for approximately 20 years, with three different firms, one of which was her own private firm. She has had extensive experience in Banking, Real Estate, Entertainment, and other General law fields. I have engaged her services on several problem loan matters, a large business acquisition, forbearance negotiation, collections, legal document reviews, and other matters over the period of our acquaintance. She is an excellent attorney and I would not hesitate to recommend her to the reader of this review.
