I hired him to do an eviction case that was already started by me. We agreed on a set price of $2,700, despite the average eviction case price being $1,100. A contract was signed after payment. When the time came for him to do his job, Greenberg failed to complete it. Later proceeding to ask for $5,775 more. I was reluctant to pay more for a job he did not perform. He then took me to court for a small claim and judge ruled no reimbursement for my part.
