What I do is help developers, franchisees, hotel operators, commercial property managers, brokers, affordable housing organizations, non-profit corporations, community development companies and individuals acquire, maintain and sell off commercial property. Basically, other than listing, cleaning or changing the locks, I can provide any real estate, business or legal guidance for someone who owns commercial property.That can include basics such as representation for selling, buying, leasing and litigating or seeking municipal approvals for zoning, land use or planning.
