During our second conversation, her behavior and tone was not appropriate. When I requested that she let me know if anything else was needed regarding my parent, she responded with an attitude, "Why should I contact you? Can't she write her own checks for payment?" My belief is that she only cared about money and was insulting. I told her she needed to be more considerate. We did not use her services.
