Gustavo Vargas, Esq., is committed to the exclusive practice of immigration and nationality law. In fact, Mr. Vargas is one of a select of group of immigration attorneys who have successfully litigated in the federal courts and has had the honor of presenting oral arguments to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Vargas is one of only forty-seven lawyers to be Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Florida Bar.
