I wanted him to replace my WC lawyer but unfortunately he refused to take the case because he said my current lawyer has been handling my case for a long time but he gave me some important advice. Last July 23, I went to my WC MSC and the dependant's (CIty of Burbank) didn't show up. I was asked by Luis Monroy (my lawyer's representative) to sign some documents on the assurance that he won't submit them to court unless I tell him to do so. Also he promised to send me copies of the two doctors' evaluation and he never did. Now I have I very strong feeling that he submitted the documents to court without my approval.
